Zonegran
Seniors and ZonegranMost studies of Zonegran have not included enough seniors (over 65) to determine whether they respond in a different way than younger adults. Tests in which healthy volunteers of various ages were given one dose didn't find any important differences in the way their bodies absorbed and eliminated Zonegran. However, Zonegran doses should be reduced in elderly patients with renal dysfunction. |
